April was unkind. I had it on my list that I would start running again in April (along with other outdoor activities) and guess how many times that happened? Zero!
A new month means a new start. So here is what’s on my May list:
-get outside everyday, even if it’s a 5 minute walk up and down my street
-pick up a least one bag of garbage from the beach a week
-draw/paint outside at least one hour a week
-go to the island once in May
-go hiking at the Long Sault Conservation area once
-do a May plunge with my friend Michelle
-wear sunscreen everyday!
